RIC Academy is focused on developing programs that promot , sustain and create opportunitites in education.  

The academy has and is in the process of developing projects that create access to education , facilittate education, economica development , social development and linkages that are aimed at aliviating the side effects of both the lack of education and lack of productive opoortunities after education .
