The biref background into who we are.

RIC Academy is a non-profit and non-traditional educational Research Innovation and Creative Academy registered in Uganda and is one of the few talent and skill development academies with a vested interest in the development of innovation, creativity, and research. 

When we discovered development gaps, such as those in education, skills, and innovation, we founded the academy. We reasoned that providing the necessary resources and opportunities in education, research, and innovation would boost development not only at the community level, but also at the national level, resulting in sustainable incomes, employment, and development. 

The result would be a reduction in poverty and related problems like health, political unrest, crime, and the suppression of human rights.  We aim at curbing the gap in technology, innovation for development and industry by focusing on potential and the development of creativity.
